Phase Three: Set Free North San Diego

Phase Three is where Disciples are encouraged to seek outside employment or a full/part time commitment to the Ministry.  This enables the individual to begin the transition to productivity, to become a beneficial member of society and to start the process of reconciliation with their families.  Set Free encourages Disciples to continue living within the Program so as to receive support & maintain accountability.  Third Phase allows these individuals to continue applying their training to day to day living.  The continued residency allows Disciples to earn wages, learn how to manage money and pay any restitution or past debts.  This Phase lasts a minimum of ninety (90) days.  At the end of  Phase Three, pastors and leadership counsel with the individual to evaluate & determine whether continued participation in the Program is needed.
